Shipping policy

Shipping and handling is a fact of life at the moment. In order to ship a product, it must be handled (e.g., selected, filled, packaged, labeled, shipped), and thus there is expense incurred. The trend nowadays is, of course, “free” shipping, sometimes even in two days or less. But since shipping isn’t free, who’s footing the cost for that? Our guess is that ultimately, it’s the consumer who “pays” for free shipping, and will enjoy degraded products over time so that a balance can be struck. Until shipping and handling truly is free, expect to pay something for it unless it’s during a promotion.
